In the mouth, it reveals itself as a fine and elegant wine. Ruby red colour with slightly purple reflections that indicate youth. Medium intensity and body with fine grain tannins and good acidity. Clean, red fruit flavours (strawberries, raspberries) and certain spicy notes (black pigment, liquorice). It has a floral note (violet) that adds perfume to the wine. Toasted and smoked notes of its aging in the barrel. This is a hedonistic Grenache that develops more notes of liquorice and fennel over time in the glass.
